For now the cups travel within the Netherlands only. they are sent a few days after the drop, with tracking, and usually arrive within a few days.

New European packaging rules make sending abroad costly for a small studio, so I have paused it for now. If you live elsewhere, write to contact@bypolly.studio, maybe we can find a solution

As a small ceramics practice with limited quantities and evolving collections, returns are not accepted
